Projectors

With a fleet of projectors we can accommodate any event of any size. From short throw projectors to large 17K ones; all displaying in glorious HD.

We run fiber to our projectors to make sure no quality is lost. With our high quality screens to project on, you will have the option to front project for the maximum amount of impact, or rear project for a very clean look.

LCD’s

Do you like your TV at home? Well imagine having a large high quality version of that on your next event. We have many sizes available including 75” LED LCD TV’s, 55” LCD’s, 40” LCD’s and 32” LCD’s.

All of our TV’s can be wall mounted on our truss, or placed on tables.

Visual Lecterns

This is one piece of equipment that creates a visual experience. Instead of the speaker standing behind a black bland lectern, why not show off your branding and event name on our 1080 x 1920 screens. If you would like have a chat to us, we can help design a logo or screen.

Cameras

“I can’t see” are words you don’t want to hear at your event. With our camera to screen and recording options, you can make sure no matter how small or large your event is, everyone will be able to see clearly. We own professional broadcast quality cameras along with wireless technology, which means we can shoot from in the crowd without any cables or mess.

We also offer complete records of the event for a complete solution. Would you like a DVD of your event? Or maybe you would like your PowerPoint slides integrated with the video footage. This is easily achieved with the team from AV Events. 

We also offer filming of corporate videos and full editing options which can be shown at events, or used online (internal or external)

Photography

Capturing the moment throughout your event is possible with out all inclusive service. Our professional photographers can take award evening, balls and all types of corporate events. 

Web Streaming (ie. Media Releases or Internal notices)

No longer do you have to be bring everyone to one part of the country. We have the ability to stream your event or company notices live via the internet. We can make this secure for your internal needs, or public for everyone including media to watch.

You can watch this live stream on your mobile phone, tablet or at your desk on your laptop or desktop computer.
