To be honest, Annual General Meetings are not the most exciting events to attend but they are so important and need to be done correctly. 

We understand this and have worked with many companies to deliver a great experience.  Many AGMs need to be recorded for reference, so we can provide a multi-camera record, delivering your complete AGM as a video file, to play on your PC or DVD player.

Multiple questions are asked, so having the correct number of microphones and also ensuring that all the board members are correctly mic’ed  is so important.

Usually not all shareholders are able to attend, so we can offer them the ability to watch it live from their PC at their place of work, via the internet, secured and with options for them to pause and playback after the event.
