Conferences are important events for organisations.  They are designed to inspire and educate your delegates and that is why it is important to tick all the boxes and make your conference a success.  Great sound, lighting and vision is very important.  Conferences are normally over multiple days and delegates must be comfortable in their surroundings so the technical side is very important, because delegates do not want to be straining to hear or having to move to see the screens.
