When Villa Maria decided to build a new winery & vineyard, the company – mindful of wine’s association with art and entertainment; planned for something larger and more inclusive than a production facility. Although winemaking is the primary focus, there is an opportunity to provide entertainment and conference facilities for visitors.
With various sizes of event spaces with the exclusive Boardroom with its views of the vineyard to the large Barrel Hall seating up to 250 guests Villa Maria offers a wide variety of opportunities for your particular requirements.
From Product Launches to Gala Dinners, we have a long partnership of providing AV for events at Villa Maria and are able to assist you with all your technical and production requirements. Our dedicated Account Manager is ready by appointment to meet with you to discuss your requirements, designing your event by creating a detailed estimate and floor plan and we can even create a 3D drawing to show you exactly what your event will look like.
Barrel Hall is the largest indoor function space at Villa Maria. Barrel Hall has the capacity to cater for a large number of guests. This Stunning room is your blank canvas to be able to transform the space into exactly the look you are after for your event. We have the expertise to take your concept idea and transform it into reality. We can setup anything from a small seminar with a dropdown screen, projector and small sound system facing length orientation to a larger conference or seminar facing landscape orientation with a dual screen setup, a stage, and sound system to suite your requirements. We can help change the look of the room for your event by adding in draping, up lighting and table colour light wash to really make your gala dinner look amazing. Simple up lighting and drapes can be a great way to promote company/ branding colours. Should you wish to have that industrial look/ theme we can setup truss structures throughout the room, with company banners and colours though out the room.
Lakeside Room is a great space for seminars, conferences, formal dinners and small weddings. with the ability for the room to be separated into two smaller rooms, this make these spaces great for breakout rooms for your conference. AV Events can provide all your AV needs in these rooms with our installed Full HD projector and screens in each room. We can also cover your audio requirements using installed speakers mounted in the roof.
The Oruarangi Room is a great space for a conference breakout room or seminar with the need for privacy. Complete with a 65” LCD television for easy connection to your laptop.
The boardroom provides an excellent environment for business meetings and small events with a great viewing area of the winery. Complete with a projector and screen in the roof.
What a great way to create a larger catered event surrounded by the stunning winery scenery offered by Villa Maria. From tradeshows to full gala dinners and events, AV Events has the expertise to maximise the full potential of your event within a marquee. Utilizing our bright LED screens, sunlight is no longer an issue from washing a screen image out. Complimenting your theme with Gobo pattern lighting, moving lights and up lighting really helps to light up the marquee up. We can assist with full power distribution for your event or tradeshow.
We are not your usual AV Supplier that you would expect at Villa Maria. We go the extra mile by assisting you with web streaming your conference. This is valuable for your guests who can’t make your event. whatever their location they may be your guests can log into an online site and watch your presentations take place. We offer full event photography at a competitive rate as well as full video recording production. We can help create highlight videos to help assist you with future marketing of your event.
