 Scott and his team at AV Events has been the supplier of technology to the Westpac Tauranga Business Awards for over 6 years.  We initially started to use Scott and AV Events because of the cost of local suppliers.  We found AV Events very competitive in their pricing structure and although they travel from Auckland they were still considerably more competitive.
 
Traveling from Auckland has never been a barrier to the delivery of services, nor meeting schedules.  Scott is always willing to come to any design meetings and has always contributed to the creative input.  His creative additions are always welcome and cost effective.
 
I now use Scott and his team for most of my technical requirements of size and scale,  especially at the ASB Arena, where he has an excellent awareness of the facility and is therefore time efficient.  This also means his input into the creative meetings is based on really good knowledge of the arena.

I use AV Events as my preferred supplier at Villa Maria Estate. The company always provide a high standard of equipment and professionalism. 

Their staff members are extremely helpful and nothing is ever a problem which allows our team to really trust that they will provide exactly what they promise. AV Events have not yet let us down after several years of working together. 

Their team don’t mind working around our sometimes unusual requests and are happy to personalise where possible. This works perfectly due to the nature of events. 

Their health and safety guidelines are also very important to them which ensures that we can relax when they are working on our site. 

I would not hesitate to recommend them to any client within and outside of Villa Maria.

Scott and the team at AV events have provided such a fantastic service to Zespri, I feel like they are an extension of the Zespri events team – I can’t imagine running an event without the AV events team there. They are always professional and fully informed on the latest technical advances in the sound and visual world. Nothing is too hard or too bizarre (having helped arrange pyrotechnics for one event).
